Multi-talent Anacron and producer Josh Jetson present their
new project LabX: The LAb eXperiemnt. This is my review:
LabX starts as a trip through their nocturnal, futuristic world, replete with indiscriminate party anthems, dance battles and club follies. The project
then unfolds with sunrise confessionals and detailed life chronicles. A
major strength of the project is Anacron & his guests’ descriptive
lyricism, approaching the song topics with deft storytelling. On
production, Josh displays a crisp, spaced-out sound that is
equal parts dreamy & body-moving. The synergy between
the duo is apparent throughout, & the resultant sound
immerses the listener from start to finish. This is a
strongly recommended project for listeners to
get & vibe to during their own adventures.
