Soul genius Bilal came to LA and tore the stage down!
He ripped through a set of album cuts, covers and new,
previously unheard material. Plug Research threw
the event and Pharoahe Monch hosted.
Definitely a show for the books. Enjoy.

Casual of the Hieroglyphics employs a multilungual
approach with “Tua Ra”, performing a rhyme he wrote
in MDW NTR. I get the feeling that Casual is extremely
prolific and turns out dope songs in bulk like
it’s not a thing. Very interesting stuff.

“My Life”
“52nd Street”
Kaimbr Billy Joel Heat • Download
Low Budget Crew rep Kaimbr has created a
beat tape based on Billy Joel’s 52nd Street album.
He nearly goes track for track with impressive results.
A great lesson for beatmakers: know how to
manipulate minimal sample sources. Enjoy.
